Situated on the beach road in the delightful seaside town of Llantwit Major, Rose Cottage is just over one mile from the beautiful Heritage Coast with its many bays, coves and cliff walks. Llantwit Major with its old square bordered with pubs and the historic St Illtyds Church.

Once inside and as you would expect, the cottage is quaint, with low ceilings, offering a warm welcome. The main entrance opens through a vestibule into the living room with it's traditional welsh stone fireplace and wood burner effect electric fire for cosy nights on cooler evenings.

A door from the living room leads to the dining room with it's feature stone wall, cottage style staircase and archway through to the kitchen. The newly appointed kitchen retains the cottage feel with a Belfast sink solid beach worktops and a pantry. Upstairs two character bedrooms provide ample accommodation for guests whilst the high standard bathroom provides a place to relax in the bath or take an invigorating shower.

A large decking area leads to the garden at the rear is ideal for families to play or sit and unwind taking in the fresh coastal air. Within easy reach of Cardiff, Rose Cottage is in an ideal location to explore this beautiful region. Golf, shopping, gardens, historic buildings and castles are all to hand.
